1. Inputting and Managing Names
Adding entries: Type or paste one item per line into the Entries box. The wheel instantly redraws to allocate equal angular segments to each item.
Shuffle & Clear: Use Shuffle to mix entries randomly. Click Clear to wipe the box clean for a fresh list.
2. Actuating the Wheel
Initiate a spin by clicking the center circular SPIN button, clicking anywhere on the wheel's surface, or pressing your keyboard's Space key. Watch the pointer deflect as segments cross the flapper with mechanical ticking sounds.
3. Handling Results (Repeat vs. Single-Turn)
- Close: Keeps the winning name on the wheel for subsequent rounds (ideal for repeat raffle draws).
- Remove: Permanently removes the winning item from the list (ideal for elimination rounds or when everyone gets one turn).
- Results Tab: View every winner chosen during your session along with precise timestamps.
4. Advanced Settings & Customization
- Spin Duration: Adjust the spin time slider from 1 to 30 seconds for quick draws or extended dramatic tension.
- Audio & Volume: Fine-tune tick volume and toggle celebration applause.
- Wheel Colors & Background: Click More Settings to customize segment color swatches or upload your school/company logo.
